Technical Support (Existing Customers)

If you are experiencing a problem with your service provided by Webolution, then please follow the steps below to help rectify any issues.

Step 1. Check The Announcements
Please review the announcements page to check if the problem you are experiencing is a known issue. If the issue has already been acknowledged, rest assured we are already working on restoring the service ASAP. Please review the announcements for updates on any issues.

Step 2. Check The Knowledgebase
We regularly add information to the knowledgebase for common issues or questions. Please check to see if there is a quick solution to the problem you're experiencing.

Step 3. Contact Us For Support
If all steps above don't help to solve the issue, there are a number of ways to contact us for technical support:

• Submit a support ticket via the client area with as much information as possible on the issue. The client area requires you to login with your account email address and password.
• Send an email to support@webolution.com.au. Please note, our system will only accept emails from existing clients when sent from the account email address.
• If neither of these methods work for you, please use the form below. Please supply an alternative email address for contacting you when filling out the form. Please note, we do not provide telephone based technical support.
