Once you have logged into your cPanel account, choose the backup option which will then direct you to a page with 3 different sorts of backup restorations. You must choose one of the following types that you wish to restore and then select Browse button located next to the backup option, and find the correct file on your computer in which you can restore.
Once you have found the correct file, you must then click on the upload button so that your hosting account can automatically upload the file.
